Welcome to LegendaryOS. By accessing or using our service at legendaryos.polsia.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

1. Service Description

LegendaryOS provides a web-based job tracking and management platform designed for home service professionals. The service includes job creation, status tracking, crew assignment, scheduling, and customer management features.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LegendaryOS only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to store or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LegendaryOS. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service. We will not access your data except as needed to maintain and improve the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

LegendaryOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The LegendaryOS platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases, but we will provide reasonable time to export your data upon request.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
